Earl Jenkins

E. Earl Jenkins, born in 1963, has been training for over 25 years. As the progenitor of the F3 System (Fundamentally Fit Forever), his method of understanding and using basic technique to produce major results has made him one of the leading and sought-out trainers in the area. He holds a Master’s Degree in Theology. His warm sense of intensity and approach creates a training environment that makes working out comfortable and challenging. He has been married for over 33 years, has 4 children, and resides in Columbus NJ. Certifications: NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Y.E.S. Getting in shape requires more than lifting weights or hours on the treadmill. It takes mental fortitude to get started and to maintain a doable fitness regimen and schedule. It really doesn’t require a lot, especially as you get older. I believe that with basic, fundamental practices you can stay fit forever… I’m past the 55-year mark in life and I feel great. So can you! I want to share my secret with you. I developed the F3system (fundamentally fit forever) that focuses on the fundamentals of training, which includes; form, posture, mental fortitude, stability, weight loss, muscle gain and education. Motivation is the key to getting started and maintaining consistency in reaching goals that are attainable within the capacity of the individual. And that’s my objective; to create small attainable goals with basic, proper nutrition that will keep you fit and focused forever. We’re also available for seminars, workshops and group forums.
